Who We Are

This website is operated by Nakha Foods LLC, a Washington State frozen prepared-food manufacturer and wholesaler ("Nakha Foods," "we," "us"). Nakha Foods LLC is the seller of record for every product sold on this site.

Website Use

You may use this site to learn about our products, submit a wholesale inquiry or application, manage an approved wholesale account, and — when available — place a consumer order for local pickup or delivery. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt it or interfere with other users.

Product Information, Pricing & Availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free at all times. Prices, product availability, and delivery areas may change without notice, and are shown on this site or at checkout as of the time you view them.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may correct it and, where an order was placed based on the error, cancel or adjust that order — in which case we will let you know and refund any payment already collected for the affected item.

Orders: Submission and Acceptance

Placing an order — whether a consumer order at checkout or a wholesale order submitted through an approved retailer account — is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. An order is accepted only when we confirm it (for example, by confirming payment for a consumer order, or by accepting a wholesale order into fulfillment).

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, product unavailability, or a wholesale account that is not in good standing.

Payment and Applicable Taxes

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Nakha Foods LLC remains the merchant and seller for every order — see our Privacy Policy for what that means for your payment information.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and collected as required by law.

Accounts and Account Responsibility

A wholesale account is available only to businesses we have reviewed and approved, and it is administered through the account-holder's authorized users. You agree to provide accurate account and business information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account-level details — including approval status, payment terms, and allowed payment methods — are controlled by Nakha Foods and shown on the account itself; see our Wholesale Terms & Conditions for how these work.

Delivery, Cancellations, and Refunds

Local delivery, order cancellation, and how we handle a problem with a delivered order are covered in our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For approved wholesale accounts, ordering, delivery, and claims are additionally governed by our Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Intellectual Property

The Nakha Foods name, logo, product photography, and other content on this site belong to Nakha Foods LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on a form, application, or order
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to any non-public part of our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the site without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party service providers — including Stripe for payments, Zoho Books for accounting, and Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting — described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the separate terms or practices of those providers' own services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Nakha Foods LLC's liability arising from your use of this site or an order placed through it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
